We’re looking for support in project management and client relations

Are you a communicative person who would enjoy working on digital projects (web development, touchscreen development, advertising film, animation film)?

We are a software agency based in Vienna. Our heart beats for open source, good design, and storytelling. Because we are continuously growing, we are looking for someone to support us in project management and client relations.

A bit about us

We have been a hybrid of software agency and film production for over 15 years. Our ambition has always been to connect a team of experts with people and projects that value our work. Our clients are national and international companies and organizations with whom we collaborate on a long-term, equal footing. As a software agency, Lowfidelity advises on digitalization processes and is the first point of contact when it comes to the concept and development of websites, platforms, and digital systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Support and consulting for our clients in digital and IT projects — and, if you’re interested, also in concept development
  • Planning, coordination, and management of ongoing projects – from requirements to go-live
  • Acting as an interface between clients, design, development, and external partners
  • Structured preparation of briefings, roadmaps, and project status reports
  • Quality assurance and review of deliverables
  • Support with workshops, presentations, and strategy development

What you bring

  • Experience in client relations, project management, or an agency environment
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, digital products, and IT processes
  • A structured way of working, organizational talent, and proactivity
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for consulting, and service orientation
  • An interest in learning new things — we are a small team, and sometimes we take on tasks that are not explicitly listed in the job description
  • Nice to have: good English skills, spoken and written (B2 level)

What we offer

  • A workplace in a modern, growing company
  • Diverse projects and activities across various industries
  • Short decision-making paths and plenty of creative freedom
  • Budget responsibility for your own projects
  • Hybrid work / flexible working hours — with many options depending on your personal situation
  • Training budget & support in developing your skills
  • A motivated, appreciative team that enjoys working on digital solutions
